The Maude Club Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome, Team Maude! We're so excited to get your beautiful pieces sent your way. Our delivery promise is designed to be quick and transparent.

1. Preparing Your Order (Fulfillment Time)

We want to get your style to you quickly!

Standard Fulfillment: Your order is lovingly prepared and shipped from our warehouse within 24 business hours (just 1 day!) after you place it.
Weekend Orders: Please note that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following business day (usually Monday).
A Gentle Note: During busy times (like the holidays or big sale events), our team might need a little extra time to perfect your package. Thank you for your patience!

2. Shipping Options (Contiguous U.S. Only)

We currently only ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping time starts after your order has left our facility. Choose the speed that works best for you!

Economy ($7.50): $5-8$ Business Days.
Standard ($10.00): $3-4$ Business Days.
Expedited ($15.00): $2-3$ Business Days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, not including federal holidays.

3. Tracking Your Purchased Items

You'll receive a special shipping confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your package is whisked away by the carrier.

For any return costs and terms, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Our Responsibility: Once the carrier takes your package, we can no longer guarantee their delivery timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or busy holiday shipping seasons!
Your Address: Please double-check your shipping address! We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
