Return Policy

We get it — sometimes a piece just isn’t the one. That’s okay! You can return your order for a refund, no problem. Just a heads up: we don’t offer exchanges, and there’s a small return fee to help cover shipping. 💌


1. No Exchanges

We don’t do exchanges right now (we’re working on it!).
If you want a different size, color, or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.


2. Return Window

You’ve got 14 days from the date your order arrives to start a return.
To be accepted, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Have all tags and packaging intact

Items that don’t meet these conditions (like worn or damaged pieces) can’t be refunded — so please double-check before sending it back.


3. Return Fee

All returns are subject to a $10 return fee, which helps us cover the cost of processing and the prepaid shipping label we send you.
This fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.


4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Info@maudeclub.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

  3. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at any carrier location listed on the label.

  4. Please drop off your package at the designated carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label to ensure your refund is processed promptly.

That’s it — no need to wait in line at the post office. 🙌


5. Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund (minus the $10 fee) will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].
Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider.


6. What’s Not Returnable

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Sale or discounted pieces

  • Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased using promotional or discount codes (may be final sale or eligible for store credit only)


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you got something that’s damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@maudeclub.com with a few photos — we’ll fix it right away (and of course, no fee applies for damaged or incorrect items).


8. Promotional Codes & Special Offers

Purchases made using any promotional codes, discount codes, or special offers may be subject to final sale or eligible for store credit only.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or an error was made on our part.

  • All discounted items, including sale items, and accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for Maude Club items purchased from other retailers including full-priced or secondhand items.
