Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 15 days of the delivery date.

 

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them.

The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

In your email, please include:

Your full name

Your order number

The name of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange

The reason for the return or exchange

Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this in your email. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability.

 

Important Notes

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or an error was made on our part.

All discounted items, including sale items, and accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for Maude Club items purchased from other retailers including full full-priced or secondhand items.
